KERBER ARTBOOKS
Eberhard Bosslet (born in 1953) works exclusively with the products and technologies from the world of industry and manufacturing. These create the essential, visible and functionally aesthetic elements of his works. Bosslet works with base, everyday, raw materials, which he then moulds into unusual constellations in his objects, and which draw their innovative power from the metaphorical reflection of fundamental phenomena.
The book presents new work from series that have rarely been exhibited: Analoges Scheiben, Planen&Schürzen, Trabanten (these are illuminated or moving sculptures that hang from the ceiling, usually assembled from a combination of living-room lamps from the 1950s up to the 1970s) and the group of sculptures Hockerarchipel as well as other installations.
